It was another week of good running, managing 40-ish miles with hill pyramids, trail LR in the dark (don’t try this at home!) and rounding it off with a Date Run – and the first bbq of the year! The date run was a 7.5 mi / 12km loop we hadn’t tried before, setting off from Watermead Country Park and running northwards along the Grand Union Canal, the rivers Wreake and Soar up to Sileby and then looping back through fields:
The LR was also along towpaths, so it was a week of mud and miles rather than elevation, but it all helps!
Happy running!
