About

This is a successor blog to the one I kept in the run-up to the Rome marathon (March 2013) and my second Athens marathon attempt (November 2014). It is not about any event in particular, just running in general and the trials, adventures and misadventures I face on my Sisyphean attempts to become a faster, stronger, more consistent runner.

I write because I enjoy writing and run because I enjoy running; and because I’m too bloody-minded to let failure get in the way of optimism!

More by way of introduction is given in the first post of this blog, here.
