I was asked by work to film a very brief clip about me and my running, as part of a peoply initiative. I obliged, to the great mirth of all dog walkers who I run past repeatedly muttering the same incomprehensible nonsense, and slight annoyance of my wife, who was asked to choose between numerous versions of the same clip!
